I don't understand why Capcom made this game so good.

and whatever you do, do NOT watch any CSI episode. they're not only all identical, but they all identically suck :p

NCIS however, is much better thanks to the way it takes humor and combines it with serious situations. the formula works in this case since I'm actually laughing- CSI is too cold-hearted and full of itself for laughter. laughing is the reason I exist!

Yeah, X4 is my favorite, but I like X3 a lot too. That X buster is hard to get used to, but itīs be far the best weapon upgrade for X in the series. X5 and X6 are still good 8/10 games imo. ( btw, this is the only game I play only the japanese version, english VA is terrible even during gameplay )

X3 was ok. It was fun and unique in it's own way.
X4 was almost perfect except the fact it was focus more on Zero. You know the joke that X complained that the game was named after him but the story was more about Zero.
I beg to disagree with you about X5. By far it's the best in my opinion and I know a lot of people agree to this. It introduced a lot of good things like crouching, more than 1 armor, you can get the Ultimate Armor and Black Zero legally and a whole lot more. My only gripe about this game is that I kinda miss the anime cutscenes of X4 as I find the still images boring.
X6 is a good game gone wrong. Ugly character sprites, difficulty turned too high. But beating it and the introduction of Gate is a good consolation for it.
Haven't played X7 and X8 too much.
Command Mission is a good game, an underrated game I might add. But it takes a while for you to digest X's new look. It would have been better if the battle system was like in MML1 and 2.
The games were always meant to be about zero, the Creator just didnt get his way with that in the first three games

Yeah, when I was a kid and the first MMX came out, I thought X was Mega Man and X was his codename because he was on a secret mission, and Zero was his girlfriend.

I still have not played the games past X4 for any significant time. I've come to accept there are far more games out there I'd like to play than I will ever have the time to. Finishing this series is definitely on the "to do" list though.

I had to convince myself to just ignore the majority of games out there these days just so I don't have to face the overwhelming number of them! Talk about throwing in the towel and digging a hole to stuff my face in :p

and in the hole is a pile of chocolate donuts that's helped me reach over 200 pounds I just found out on the scale while in the bathroom and standing naked next to the window- that's not good!

Sometimes I consider this... I own over 700 games... maybe even over 800 now... and I buy new ones MUCH more rapidly than I clear games. At this rate, it is literally impossible to clear every game I own. Some games are even still in plastic... and have been for years. Like... I took the shrinkwrap off a PLAYSTATION 2 game recently X_X;;;

DAMN! That's not something I could ever do! I can't play two games at once- one of them has to be completed before moving on to the next or if it's too hard, I simply ignore it for the time being (or forever if it's a cheap and unfair kind of difficulty).

I have a kind of unhealthy addiction to collecting games. A lot of times I buy them for the sake of owning them, not even thinking about playing them. Like, I intend to play them, but at time of purchase the thought of playing it doesnt even cross my mind. I have bought games having no idea what they were before O.o
Its where ALL of my money goes. I sometimes skimp on necessary life things to pay for games >_>;;
