    I think PlatinumGames Hates PC gaming , many fans asks for a PC port for Vanquish and for the original Bayonetta but they still didn't even plan to do it .

    Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance has 50% chance to release on PC only for a reason .. it will sells well on Consoles and i might be wrong who knows .

    For high end pc's. This means when released many people will be complaining saying the game is poorly optimised while in reality their pc's just aren't good enough to run it.

    It'll be pretty stupid not to release it to PC. Considering that mgs is famous all over & Europe really love pc gaming..

    I assume when you say "sloppy", you mean "the console limitations". You can only do so much, and we've hit that threshold for consoles a long time ago.

    Poor use of the hardware is sloppy work on the developer's part. You have to know the limitations of the device you're working for and work within them. Screen tearing and low framerates are good signs that you don't really know what you're doing or are prioritizing graphical quality for screenshots over actual gameplay.
