Yeah showing the 360 version is kinda suspicious, but the PS3 version is the only version the Japanese can play so it has to be perfect.
regardless....game already runs great on both systems........

It's not about it running great, it's the glitches like the hair glitch and the freezing when locking unto gekko's and going into blade mode.
in that case 360 version is the thing to go for?
coz the demo on the 360 did not have those problems im retty sure......
also running on 720p there is minimal tearing
I don't want to get Rising for the 360. I know some people might think that is a weird thing, but I usually buy franchised games for the console they started out on. Also the controller is better on PlayStation.
personal preference.....i like the 360 controller more but i wanted to get this on the ps3 for nostaligia's sake.....
hope the plazma lamp is available by the time i make up my mind

It looks amazing but all this qte driven stuff makes me think Ninja gaiden 2 will still remain the HnS king.
I'm especially craving high speed small 1v1 boss fights like in NG. It seems platinum is going the bayonetta and god of war route where it's all big ass bosses that have to be finished by QTE's. I hope I'm wrong.

Am I the only one that didn't like the boss fight? Looked incredibly lame to me. I don't like how you barely fight it, you just block -> blade mode a few times and that's it.
I liked the other video much more tho. Those enemies that you chop off limbs at a time and keep fighting looked pretty damn tough. Fighting more than one of those at a time would be awesome.

By the looks of the Demo, you're right.
But I like God of War and I don't hate QTEs.

Well the rest of the bosses are Raiden size so we will probably get some good 1v1 boss fights. One of my favorite boss fights was devil hand in God Hand, so hopefully they replicate that feel. Though you had a complicated dodge system which made that fighter funner...

I'm sure I wasn't the only one to notice the title screen was different again being all raining and lightningy lol also here's hoping when you buy the Mariachi Uniform you can play through the whole game with it cause I was really disappointed you couldn't wear Snake's coat in any levels but its set level. That was a bad ass coat and combined with the noirish atmosphere with the lightning from the street lights it made it even more badass! I liked wearing it and walking about the place with Snakes' hands in his pockets listening to Calling To The Night

Man people are complaining about a few fairly simple intuitive QTE's? Did they miss the rest of the videos, like 95% of them that was controlled by the player and performing all sorts of acrobatic action packed moves, combos and maneuvers? Give me a break people.

I think alotta people are stupidly counting the stun parry's that triger a blade mode attack as QTE, it's reeeeeeaaaally not a QTE, it just a prompt to activate blade mode which you then completely control
