I believe it's only available on the Japanese store, but that shouldn't be an issue

You would rather buy a 40 dollar game, to play a demo, than make a JP PSN account?

It's not hard, and takes a pretty short amount of time.

It's more than likely still coming to the US PSN and even XBL (which it won't in Japan, since it was cancelled there) it simply either hasn't been confirmed or is coming at a later date. Remember the PSN and XBL Market releases of the demo were advertised to come out on both at a later date the same time it was announced to come with the ZOE collection.
