overhead view, can't get it working

I read the other topic but I can't get this working.
I press and hold DOWN on the right stick until the camera is over Snake, I even tried to make sure it's pointing N directly, then I walk around this way for at least two minutes. Nothing. Does this have to be done at the Heliport or maybe before any alert is triggered in this act? I tried in the Canyon and beyond only but nothing.

Yes, it has to be done on the helipad at the start of act 4.

Has to be done on the helipad, has to be done while there is no active alert, has to be done after The Best Is Yet To Come is finished playing.

Oh, on my next runthrough then, I think I got this when I played before trophies though.
Also I didn't get the comment about the Mk23 after the helipad section...

Hm...did you equip the gun and aim with it or just pick it up? Or maybe that one has to be done on the helipad as well.

I thought the music only mattered when going for the security camera flashback, not the overhead trophy, because I'm pretty sure it was playing when I got it.

You can get that every where, not only on the helipad, i got mine when i was in the 3rd room after the camera one (when you get through the duct), all you need to do is aim the camera so you see snake top head, wait a couple of second and you should get it

You mean inside the tank hanger? The helipad and the tank hanger and the small snow field where you fight Raven in MGS1 are treated as one area, there's no loading transition between them.

Well I SURELY tried it many times after the first hangar. I got spotted in there and the alarm was raised so maybe after that it's not possible anymore because I tried "tilt the camera on top of your head (and point north)" or whatever for a long time
If I still can't get it working on my second run I'll raise hell lol
