    Could anybody who owns Miasmata let me know if it has a quick save feature and if there is an easy way to edit the FOV ? Thanks in advance.

    I don't know of any way of editing the FOV. Sadly there are no quick saves, the only way to save your game is to sleep in a bed, light bunsen burners, lamps, candles or the stone basins located around the island.
