After the update I started a world in creative.
Went to the nether and found a fortress with blaze spawners warts etc.
Re started a new game with the same map name on survival.
Played until I had enough to make a portal, warped to nether and the fortress was there but no blaze spawns.

Its there in creative but not in survival half the time

Yeah after the last update i stupidly assumed all worlds would have them spent hours in survival building a 3 story log manor and clearing the surrounding forest then went to the nether and found the crappiest nether i have seen completely devoid of a fortress or even one tiny netherwort

98% water
a few little islands all covered in giant mushrooms with mooshrooms everywhere.
And there is a nether fortress with blaze spawners.
But that was in creative so who knows.

Weirdest map I have seen yet.
It spawn you on the ocean floor for one and then it takes you a while to even find land and when you do its small island covered in giant mushrooms and mooshrooms.
Its soo odd I might use it.

I tried multiple maps last night and most of the ones with blaze spawners didnt have them when I started again in survival.

The seed I'm using has a guaranteed blaze spawner (I've confirmed about 10 times), as well as an exposed zombie dungeon about 10-15 blocks from the spawn point if you are interested Mander. It has most of what you listed in your topic but I didn't want to double post
