HELP! Nether fortress, spawning blazes, nether warts, and the fortress itself!!?

I found a nether fortress but prematurely destroyed the blaze Spawner in it to survive a little longer. I need blaze rods for a brewing stand. I have a couple questions.
Can blazes spawn naturally in the nether fortresses?
Can multiple nether fortresses spawn in the nether?
Will I need to delete my game and restart? ( sad option but ill do it if necessary)
Does nether wart spawn in only one nether fortress? (Couldn't find any in the one I found)??
Any additional help and help on the main subject will be amazing!!!!

To save time ill just let you know you destroyed the only way you can get blazes, and hence blaze rods. Unfortunately you will have to restart if you want to brew legitimately in survival. Or just go to creative and give yourself what you need

Our maps are so small you will only see 1 fortress, at most. Until the next patch it's possible to make a map and not even have a fortress. Likewise, it's also possible to have a fortress and it not even create blaze spawners or netherwart, and blazes do NOT spawn naturally. Basically, you actually got lucky, and then shot yourself in the foot.

I could never just destroy a spawner on an impulse, there would have to be at least a little thought process first. XP farms and loot farms are just two of the possibilities for those.

Speaking of Mob Spawners..... Is there a way to move them? Is it possible to mine them?
