I have given up my current world to catch up with the latest update.. Actually the last 2 updates, and I need a seed that has all the current stuff to create adequate potions, end portal, etc.
Also, is there a seed that has a factory made village that is not on a desert biome, and/or hanging in the ocean?

It has a stronghold with an End Portal, and a nether fortress with a blaze spawner and two netherwort farms. Be warned, my friend used this seed and didn't have the blaze spawner, even though my world does. So it's subject to the bug.
It has four villages. Two are in desert (NE and SE corners), and two plains villages (east center and almost dead center of the map). The two plains villages are the largest. They'll require some cleaning up, and they don't quite spawn evenly. Particularly the center village. It has one house that the door is six or seven blocks above the ground.
There is a small mushroom biome in the SW corner, south of the only section of mountains on the map. At least I think it's small. There are two islands in it, and they are small. But the area between them is shallow, so they're easily connected.
At least a third of the map is plains. There are three deserts, in the NW, NE, and SE.
The main thing it's missing is that there is no swamp biome.
