What do you look for in a map?

I want a bit of snow but not alot.
Every other biome.
Some mountains but not too many and not too extreme looking.
At least a spot or 2 where its mainly ocean and cant see land.
Nice flat spot and lots of forest.
As soon as I see too much snow I quit.

Just a some things i prefer usually
1. Little to no snow
2. Nice size beach with a tree line not too far away
3. A somewhat level building area
4. At least a small swamp
5. Not too many villages as ive been getting 3+ the last few seeds i tried
