Mini Ninjas User Review
In still images featured in magazines such as EDGE, this game looked incredibly pretty and distinctive. Unfortunately, upon playing the game, the sheen and glitter soon fade and you eventually find that what you're left with is a simplistic, formulaic and repetitive beat-em-up which lacks in soul.
There are moments of humour that will make you smile and some of the combat is fun but this is most definately a game aimed squarely at a younger market.
In just a few hours, i managed to easily to complete many of the levels and a couple of boss fights and never once felt that i was being tested. The 'hidden items' will add a little longevity to the game but this seems to be a rather cheap way of making you explore rather than being an intrinsic and rewarding element of the experience.
Rent it and complete it in a weekend or let a younger sibling buy it and play it once they've slipped off to bed.

It may not be the best action game out there but this charming adventure is fun for all ages.

A rewarding and fun platforming gem that can be thoroughly enjoyed by both young and old in equal measure.
