How to gain velocity on 4SFB in RTTS?

Ok so I have a max velocity fast ball, yet I seem to throw only 94 MPH. I remember this in 08 I believe and the solution was to beef up (for some reason) my other pitches meaning 12-6 curve and circle change. Is it the same where I would have to max out those pitch speeds as well to get to 100 on the gun or is it another stat as well such as arm strength?

I decided to pony up the $1 to test the theory I needed more speed on other pitches, and with 99 4SFB velocity, 58 Circle Change Velocity, and 87 12CV velocity my fastball tops out at...95, usually hovers around 92-93. This is garbage for the points I invested. HOW DO I CRACK 100 MPH????

For the millionth time, you have to raise the velocity of ALL pitches, which if you think about it makes sense. It is not a theory, it is a fact. Also before you ask, arm power has ZERO to do with pitch speed. That is for fielders tossing the ball to someone.

What delivery are you using and where in the zone are you throwing the ball? My 4SFB Vel is only 87 and when I throw to the top of the zone it hits 95mph. On the bottom of the zone it goes down to about 92-93. Pitches keep their velocity when thrown higher in the zone, or it might be the delivery you're using
