This game stands out to me as one of the greats. I am an avid baseball fan, and an avid baseball game player. One of the first things that jumped out at me that differed from the 2009 version was the Road to the Show mode including the catcher's position. I think it is a great idea, but it can drag on after a while. Definitely worth a shot though. I know that a lot of people out there who do not play sports games think that every year is the same. Trust me, this is the best game in the series and arguably the best baseball sim out there. I also can't forget about the addition of the Home Run Derby mode! Whether you want to hit them out of the park with your favorite current player, or use the Sultan of Swat himself, the mode is very entertaining. I am just a fan of the series and this game, the season mode, online mode and the road to the show mode hit it just right.
