(Good dual blade set for hr 7)?

What armor would go good with the hr7 emerald congalala dual blades plz help.?

I know it's a little bit of a "female dog" but Black Diablos U or Z armour have good skills that allow you to take advantage of monsters roars or wind press animations. Also they have reckless abanodon or sharp sword aswell i think. but if you swap to a weapon with element or status you're much better off going for those boosting armour skills such as kirin for elemental or the bug set (petto, gamba etc...) has special attack plus.
The good skills for a D/S user are those that allow the maximum use of the mobility and speed of attacks.
evade is good as you can stick close to the monster with good timing, sharp sword reduces the number of times you have to sharpen giving you more time to plough into the monster, wind press obviously lets you get up close and personal with some of the more "gusty" wyverns, Ear plug is obvious, sword sharpener is also handy, marathon runner helps if you don't use power/mega juice.
If you want my honest answer, just go with something that suits your ability with the weapons but like i said, Black Diablos Z/U, Kirin, Blue kut-ku, Bug set and Gypceros all have their perks but try mixing and matching with some parts and jems to find your comfortable set.
