MKF, lordgoro is just a persona. He is the Spam King, a self-proclaimed 41 year old who lives in the ghettos of Las Vegas after a life as a clown left him in poverty. He now mooches off his friend, and plays MK9 all day, with little to no exposure to broad daylight. Don't takes his words to heart; he's generally liked around here for his shenanigans.
Think of him as a mini-boss that expects you to put the "No Combo" code every time you play him. If you don't, he's won by default. lol

EXACTLY! Use the no-combo code, or admit your cowardice! Combos are NOT strategy, but good spamming, IS! Theres far more skill involved in a match with strategic projectile throwing, sweeps, uppercuts, throws, etc... then a match with "block",then combo for high percentage, block again, another high combo, match over"! Thats NOT a fight! Personally, not only are high damage combos unskilled, they are also cowardly! And guys like MFK are the worst! Proclaiming that spammers can't be skilled! I think that if a spammer can win far more matches then lose, they are more skilled then cheap comboers! But my feelings are well known on this board! So, MFk, if you ever dare to challenge me online, and you put in the no combo code, I GUARANTEE you would get destroyed through spam strategy! But of course, you wouldn't, too cowardly without your cheap combos!! HAHA

Goro, buddy ol' pal, I completely get what you're saying. 100% acttualy, and I kinda agree with what you're saying as far as it takes "skill to spam strategically and win."
Only thing is, there is no strategic "spamming." That's actually considered "zoning," (yes, unless you're butthurt about being pwned by nothing but Noob's shadows, they're different things). Spamming is just using the same move over and over and over and over again with little to no thought. As soon as someone gets close and you spam upball in order to make room, you're thinking about what you're doing, thus, making it not spamming, but zoning.

Not only does strategic spam work, but it tastes great on sandwiches too! By the way, anyone who DOESN'T use combos at all, is a spammer, not a zoner, a zoner will spam, but combo if the opponent gets close, hence, not a true spammer! It takes skill, and thought to spam well!! Yes, there are "mindless" spammers, as you say, however, I am not one of them, I adapt... But I don't combo, so I'm still a spammer!

Unfortunately, since it's no secret lordgoro/spamking whoever uses his crappy connection to his advantage, it proves nothing. lol In a race, if someone beats someone else 10 times to 1, they still beat that persno 10 - 1 lol. Case and point, he's nowhere near our level...

Winning or beating someone once out of 100 times means nothing(much less online with bad lag lol) as you can see others in here clearly know you have a third world connection+Kano =hey I'll go for laggy canonball wins hahaha"
Like I said, combos ARE strategy because they make you win faster then just "spamming" the entire time, yeah it's called zoning, not blindly spamming what you're talking about. Do you even know the difference? lol and how is winning with combos "cowardly"? lol your logic makes no sense. So in other words if I throw the match by not playing my best against you, I'd lose...hmm, yeah I'm so sure I'd do that lol. Piece of friendly advice, GO PRACTICE COMBOS And TACTICS! Or, continue to stay back and spam knives all day, that'll get you real far lol.
Also, if you ever played me offline you'd see how badly you'd get beat because you have no lag tactics to resort to where you would get badly punished...
