How do you make a setup work?

I made my setup, saved my setup,installed it,accepted it yet the game still refuses to actually put my setup in the car. I rasied the wedge from 50 to 51 than when i go on track my cars super loose, so i go to look at my setup and my wedge is somehow 46? Howd it go down from the default? so is this game bugged or is there some super secret way to actally have the custom setup i made be used? seeing as how applying it,saving it and accepting it arent working?

there is something wrong with the wedge and trackbar adjustments, its best not to adjust it because it wont change from the original but if you change it, it will go lower than before.
