Who should I trade for? I was thinking of getting barbosa cause he's a free agent, but im not sure. Also I need a better back up PF, Kenyon martin and maxiell are still open, otherwise who should I trade for?

Oh correction, I have Brandon Bass as my back up PF

Evans is a waste, and Rose+ Noah needs shooters.
Kawhi Leonard and Ryan Anderson would fit better at 3 and 4. Anderson is solid on the boards and spaces on offense. Leonard does it all on defense and can hit an open 3.
Bass is a solid backup at the 4 or even a decent starter depending on your play style.
Seriously your starters can't defend and aren't great shooters. Those are big weaknesses in combination.

Who would you get Evans for?

That's hard because he has a ton of value, but just isn't a good fit with Rose. Assuming this is offline and your goal is to stay with young starters, and vets off the bench I would go for something like this:
PG: Rose
SG: Mayo
SF: Leonard
PF: Robinson
C: Noah
Bench
PG: Hinrich
SG: Belinelli
SF: Green
PF: Anderson
C: Mohammad
Swinging a 3 team deal with for OJ Mayo and Ryan Anderson shouldn't be hard at all, and you can keep Thomas Robinson if you are a fan, using Bass possibly as a way to balance the deal. Alternatively you could just trade Evans for 2 solid players, a shooter like Mayo and a defender like Tony Allen and still come out more balanced.

It really depends on your playing style. Hinrich is a great defender for 1's and 2's, and Pietrus is great for 2's and 3's(not for sure if he actually is in the game, but in real life is a above average defender, and good 3 point shooter), who you can put on all the great SF's in the league. The only thing is right now, I really don't know about your back court, and I really don't know how much playing time the two(Hinrich, Pietrus) of them are going to get behind players of like that.
Tyreke needs the ball to be productive. But he will be second fiddle to D Rose. I suggest trading Tyreke for like someone suggested, maybe Leonard from San Antonio, who will help your 3 point woes, as well as your defensive questions at small forward. Maybe Wilson Chandler from Denver, whos ia good defender and shooter. You def. would be best off with a shooter to go with Rose, they would compliment each other well. And you need another person that can play center. Nazr isn't a good choice to back up Noah alone. Good defender, worth having in a little bit, but I suggest signing someone like you mentioned (KMart, Maxiell) for another big to help out. You are very limited, as Radmonovic is really a shooting guard with size, and is really only good at shooting. He can't help defend Aldrige, Griffin, Bosh, Love, etc.
