NBA 2K13

This got me kinda pumped. Too bad I hate 2ks game play. I'm an NBA Live fan. Haven't liked 2k sine 2k to 2k3 with AI on cover. Dreamcast days.

Funny stuff. I rally hope the MyPlayer is good this year. One of the things I don't like about MyPlayer in 2K12 is the balance between you and the team. I'm only in my 2nd year on the team and I'm already the STAR and my team expects me to score the most points and handle the ball at the end of close games. That definitely not realistic unless you are Lebron James or Kevin Durant. The rest of my team's scoring averages drop like a rock. I'm on the Warriors as a SG/SF and these fools traded Monta Ellis and Dorell Wright for Richard Jefferson and DeJuan Blair. I was so pissed. I could understand getting rid of Dorell Wright because I could play SF, but losing Monta was just dumb. Because of the trade, I have a bunch of players who aren't scorers now and it's up to me to score 30-40pts a game for us to win. Every other game Curry will step up and score more then 12pts and same goes with Brandon Roy. Besides that, so one else every scores more then 8 pts a game. The balance is horrible.

Thats what its all about. You supposed to be the best in the league. When I played bball that was my mentality. Its not realistic but at least in this game I can be. Teamate ai def needs an improvement. They should also start everybody off with better stats cause it just takes too long to improve. You can reach perfect stats by the time you reach age 60.

@blackace I played on the Thunder as a PG and I managed to make Durant score 30+ points but i had to do everything for him. If I gave him the ball he would run at the 3point line, he would just wait for the clock and at the last minute he would pump fake, shoot and 80% of the times miss. I had to play alot in transition and pull every play for him so he could average 30+. The rest of the team didn't matter. At one time Nate Robinson averaged more rebounds than Perkins. Hope this year the team AI is improved making the bigs rebound and not be exceptional perimeter defenders.

@blackace yeah i think the older myplayer modes have been better last years seem to have a lot of problems i found early on the my team mates were just useless wouldnt pass the ball to me if i was open or help me out if i was being double teamed or just generally give me any help whatsoever got real fustrating real fast
