Why do i gain coach trust so slowly?

Well, it could be the difficulty level you chose; the higher the level, the harder it is to earn coach trust.

It has nothing to do with difficulty

It is difficulty. It tells you that when you start RTG mode. Hope this helps :-)
You gain coach trust more easily on the lesser difficulties, but yous till have to perform at your position in practice and in-game. -
You have to go through practice and as the coach sees how good you are than he will give you a shot...also you can cheat by downloading the max coach trust dlc from the marketplace on xbox live
