Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit User Review
Very addicting but not alot of single player options.

- The Bottom Line:
- "Highly addictive"
NFS Hot Pursuit is back after 5 years for a reboot and its more highly addictive than ever although there is very limited options in the Career, the Multiplayer is excellent and the Career is still addictive due to the high speed chases and amazing visuals.
Aside from Rockstar I believe EA is the best in game creation, credit also goes to Criterion for making the most highly addictive and purely satisfying game of 2010.
There are 3 game mode to choose from in Multiplayer.
Hot Pursuit which is 4 Racers and 4 Cops in a high speed chase, the racers have to concentrate on avoiding the cops and getting the first place prize while the cops have to shutdown the race and keep the racers from crossing the finish line.
Interceptor, 1 Cops vs. 1 Racer in a head to head battle where the racer must avoid the cop and get away from him in anyway possible and the cop must keep him from getting away.
Race is the good ol' fashioned 7 player race with no cops and the racers who win 1st,2nd, and 3rd will earn Bounty Points (which is EA's way of saying XP.)
Overall
------------
Graphics - 9
Gameplay - 9
Controls - 8
Vareity - 7
Price Tag - 8
All-in-all the game is great and highly addictive but very frustrating at times, especially with the cop time trials.

EA and Criterion have created not only the best Need for Speed game, but a racing game for the ages.

If NFS Most Wanted was the purebred, NFS Hot Pursuit is the hybrid. But still it's better than The Run.

Awesome at first, but then I felt let down and sometimes frustrated. It made me wish I was playing Hot Pursuit 2.
