The Bottom Line:

"Highly addictive"

The Good:
-Amazing story and story hook (Razor sabotaged your M3 and you gotta work your way up the blacklist 15 to get it back.).
-Excellent police chases.
-Awesome sound effects.
-Great Soundtrack (Metalcore, Underground Rap, Techno.)
-Superb voice acting (police and characters on the blacklist 15).
-Great cutscenes.
-Sharp graphics (excellent use of sepia tone to capture the industrial areas of Rockport.)
-Not as much product placement here as there was in Underground 2 (Burger King, AXE, etc.)
-Speedbreaker is a nice touch (great when dodging traffic in congested areas or tackling those tight corners.)

The Bad:
-AI goes from stupidly easy early in the game to wicked smart late in the game.
-Some graphical/frame rate hitches (Tends to happen when the action gets intense/there are several cars onscreen.)
-Limited customization options (One layer of vinyls? come on now...)
