I am terrible at this game

*starts race, hits head-on traffic*

*restarts race, slams into car from behind, gets pushed into repair station wall*

*restarts again, in first place, makes jump across highway and slams into cross-traffic*

*tries to use easy race menu, stops in street, gets hit by a police car who yells "You ran into me!" and gets busted*

Ya, so basically I am terrible so far. Hopefully I will suck less soon.

You will get better. This game is actually pretty easy for the most part. I got gold in every race in every car and I did most of them first time. Learn the tracks, keep an eye on the map, drive on the right side of the road and you're set. Remember that car customizations make a huge difference to the difficulty of a race. ie. for speed runs, use track tires, lightweight chassis, long gears, aero body if you have them available. If you don't equip your best stuff then some races are nearly impossible.

LOL Stargazer64. This reads just like me playing. I dunno but the physics are pretty awful in this game. Maybe I have gotten too accustomed to Forza games...

The physics are fine, it's an arcade racer. Forza is a sim.

I'll go several races with little trouble then all of a sudden i'll crash constantly. lol. I'm right there with you. Some times this game aggravates me so much, then other times it just comes together and I act like I know how to play.

Well into the game now. Getting better as well. Managed to beat the first seven Most Wanted already :-)

You'll get used to the game. before i wasn't very good, found the controls uncomfortable. but now i got all most wanted cars, speed level 71 (max) with concours.
