New DLC Packs are up!

Google should give you some links. My phone app "PowerFAQs" won't let me link anything over 80 characters for some reason.

I just googled "most wanted terminal velocity pack" and there was one from joystiq from an hour ago with all the info and prices. Terminal is 1200MSP but has a new airport to play in, the other car packs are 800MSP. A combo pack of 3 is 2000MSP. The Airport is viewable on the map, it looks pretty small and has a red barrier preventing access. You can look at the other cars before buying them, when you find the jack spots, except the new rival cars and TV pack cars (I think... I presume they are all located at the airport).

The update is 2.01GB

The terminal velocity expansion is ok I guess, but it is a bit pricey for such a small amount of land. I like the sound of the Movie pack, but these really should be 400MSP each. The update with the TV pack does add 3 events, drift tires, jump boost mods and ram mods to every car though. Two new extra events come from buying the TV pack, and one free one per existing car - which is one of the 61 we already have, making 6 races the new standard amount. The new cars will effectively have 8 races each. The free (given to all) RAM Pro mod has just made the game super easy. I've been doing head on collisions in a Carrera S at 100mph with little effect on anything smaller than a truck. Crashing into anything other than walls or trucks hardly slows you down or damages you.

A new problem. I thought this had gone too smoothly. My Jag XKR has some mods relocked (short gears, aero body) even though I've got gold in the required race. Not checked any others yet. Restarting the 360 does not help, redoing the race doesn't help and changing cars doesn't help. Nice. It happened after doing the free race for the RAM Mod... I think.

Also even though I've played this game for 16 1/2 hours my total distance driven has plummeted from 1250+ miles to 199.99 miles and stays there (start up screen). Odd.

Sorry to triple post my own thread. I can confirm the above errors are caused by the update. I removed the update after removing any update related parts from the cars and backed up my save. On restart, the mileage counter returns to normal and the mods on my jag are back to normal. I'm going to re-download the update and use my original save. Hopefully these will be patched at some-point.
