Because EA never made the Mass Effect 3 dlc available on eShop. So for people who want all the dlc for Most Wanted U, it's negative news.

Well that's probably because no one bought Mass Effect 3 on Wii U. That port sold like zero copies thanks to the same time release of the trilogy on the other systems.
If NFSMW sells well on Wii U I'm sure they'll want to make some extra money off Wii U owners with this DLC. The only way we might get screwed is if it's free.

considering criterion put lots of effort into the wii-u version im 100% sure any and all dlc will come out. they like the wii-u and have great praise for the machine

All that confirms is an eShop release of the full game. Alex Ward flat out says DLC will only come if the game sells well.
Which we all know is Wii U owner discriminating B.S. on EA's lack of effort when other devs *cough*UBISOFT* cough can give Wii U owners plenty of DLC for all of its games regardless of sales or installbase - NO EXCUSE for it here. They're fooling themselves if they actually expect significant Wii U software sales with second class treatment on a console more than on par with the other systems when they can't follow through with DLC in line with the other platform versions.

I have all three of those on the PS3 version.
IMO this game should have been built to include the Terminal Velocity pack, not the Ultimate Speed pack. The airport's a lot of fun to play around on (you get to drive through the terminal and jump around on the runways). The cars it includes weren't that special but I think the NFS Heroes pack had some great cars.
