Aliens vs. Predator skirmishing in February

I cant wait for this! i hope there will be no problems/bugs with it when it comes out... hell, im gonna buy a PS3 just to play this!

O_o ftw i have to ask cuz im laptop player do you guys regonize what graphic engine that is or is it new litech engine which needs again great powers from pc (is it unreal 3 engine or old good doom 3?) i have to be very precise if i buy new game to laptop and i see that someone multiplayer as fun as in last two am i wrong in that case that there is even now 3 avp games ? avp1 avp requiem avp2 ? and can you say does avp1 work on vista demo have bots is it now officla free? if not i can in this moment drive with a bike and buy avp1 for 7 euros ;)

AVP2 was one of the pc's best game, the three different campaigns all offered something completely different. Now, with what looks like an even bigger budget than the previous two games, the production value and story will be even better. As long as the multiplayer is as fun as the first two games I'll be happy. Still I'm curious to see how it will feel on a console.

I think this game could turn out to be a great single player game, if it is built right. They should have a co-op though that would be fun.

@008Zulu, I understand where your coming from, however although the Humans are technically & Physically inferior to that of the Alien & Predetor, playing as the marine simply offers a completely different game dynamic, whereby the predator & alien are essentially hunters and therefore have little to fear, playing as the marine is a far more atmospheric and tense experience.

Why even have the option to play as a Human? They are only there when a Predator needs something easy to kill, or when an Alien feels the need to procreate. In a stand up fight, humans are pathetic when compared to Xenos. Maybe if they had tech abilities like being able to deploy sentry guns, or hack into computers to vent the Aliens in to space. I don't know, something, anything to make the weak and feeble fleshies seem less weak and feeble.

@alien100000: The first Aliens vs. Predator was a good movie. The 2nd one was almost pitch black, pulled from the theater, AND it sucked horribly.

@TowlsonPs3 The Xbox is far from limited by it's memory capabilities, many great games have come out for it that wouldn't be considered "a kids game" such as Mass effect, Bioshock and F.E.A.R., now I'm not saying the Xbox is better, each system has it's pros and cons, i don't understand what you hope to achieve by posting Xbox hate on a topic nowhere near related nor having anything to do with the graphical capabilities of consoles. Also, you may want to recheck your information, it has been proven the Xbox can be graphically equal to the Ps3, just because Ps3 has BluRay and more storage does not mean it is better. Basically what I'm trying to say is..it depends on what you prefer, each system is unique, i prefer my 360 personally and i hope this game meets or exceeds my expectations..

AvP2 was one of the best games I ever played. So many hours were put into Predator Hunt and Survivor during our LANs. So many stories, too. Classic.

This game can have a good single player and a multiplayer as well, hope they dont screw it up. The previous two games were brilliant.

. im gonna be the black lady in the first movie that pwned both Aliens and the Predators by her self !!!. i kinda felt like ripping the seats after watching that movie. the second one was alot better. but for real, this game looks awsome lol

For me, AVP2 was surprisingly excellent. I hope this game pushes the franchise even further. What better way to experience an FPS than through a Predators eyes?

AvP2 was the game that made me forget about Quake 2. Multiplayer was great, and every species really played differently.

For the love of all that's holy and some of what isn't... please please please don't mess this up... the first two back in the 90's were great... If this game isn't terrible I'm buying three copies.

The first version of this game scared me half to death... I jumped so much that my wife felt it across the room... I hope this game is just as intense... I am really looking forward to this one.

I just hope they have skirmish or survival mode where you fight against continuously spawning aliens like in the original. INTENSE.
