Asia Shippin' Out: December 13-17
Asia finally gets the Xbox 360 version of Square's last offline Final Fantasy epic.
While Western gamers have been enjoying Final Fantasy XIII for both the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 for many months now, gamers in Asia have had to be content with only the PlayStation 3 version being officially available in the region thus far. That situation changes this week, with the Xbox 360 version of Square's RPG epic finally coming out on December 16.
Final Fantasy XIII received mostly positive reviews when it was released in March this year and tells a sweeping story involving metal behemoths called fal'Cie, the dangerous underworld called Pulse, the high-tech, elaborately designed world of Cocoon that floats above it, and, of course, a wide cast of characters, each with a unique agenda. Xbox 360 owners can get their hands on Final Fantasy XIII when it ships on December 16 this week.
To find out what else is out this week*, check out the list below:
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 16
Final Fantasy (360)
Gundam Musou 3 (360)
Everybody's Stress Buster (PSP)
*Dates based on confirmed Singapore release.
