Bad Boys game coming to US
Crave to copublish the movie-inspired game, which has been available in Europe since February.
Crave Entertainment announced today that it is teaming up with European publisher Empire Interactive to bring Bad Boys: Miami Takedown home to the land of its movie license. Developed by UK-based Blitz, the game has been available in Europe since February. It is scheduled for a fall release in North America for the Xbox, PlayStation 2, and GameCube, and it will retail at $29.99.
In Miami Takedown, Tactical Narcotics Team members Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett must shut down the dangerous cartels that are bringing a new drug into Miami. Players will attempt to bring the bad guys to justice throughout 15 fully destructible stages. However, while the action game carries the Bad Boys movie licenses, Will Smith and Martin Lawrence did not sign on to do the voices of their respective Mike and Marcus characters.
