BioShock Vita possible 'if stars align'

Ps Vita Needs this and new versions of the following. demon or dark souls, max payne, mass efffect, hitman, gta, darksiders, final fantasy, nba2k, ssx, far cry, dead island :) am I missing anything else? O ya probably a longer heavenly sword

It's an easy sell if they green light it.

Either Irrational will buck the trend or they are planning the same kind of scaled-down rubbish that we've seen appear among the Vita exclusives so far (with a couple of exceptions).

If it retains it's ignoble rating I will be hoping the stars NEVER align.

The Playstation Vita Catch-22.   People complain that there's no games, so they don't buy the system.  Developers don't want to make games because no one has bought the system.  And around and around we go.

Still haven't picked up a Vita. If Bioshock: Infinite for Vita ends up releasing, and it ends up being different from the console version (and it ends up being good), that would make me consider the purchase.

So far, though, Vita has had a lot of the same problems the PSP did -- a dearth of compelling software, too many ports, too many console-like games that I think don't make the transition to a portable device well.

I plan on purchasing a Vita sometime, and a game like this would be great!

That's awesome. One of a handful of original titles for the Vita and it gets held up by a bunch of suits who only care about if the game's sales will put more fuel in their yachts and private jets.

I hope "the businesspeople" (whoever that may be) decide to bring this game out.  Heaven knows the Vita could use a Bioshock title in its library.

He PROMISED the game on that E3. He should be ashamed now at the very least.

first they assured us it was coming after they finish bioshock infinite...and now...now its in the hands of business people???the vita needs games damit!

Corporate owned IP is mostly worthless anyway.

The PS Vita's killer app? I'm hoping the ideas in my blog come to fruition and they make this one amazing, not rushing it like they did with COD Blacks Ops Declassified, that is IF it does get made... 

If this gets released on vita i will definitly get it without a doubt.

Don't worry, those stars won't align. I very seriously doubt it will come to the Vita. It is getting avoided like the plague by third party support. It almost makes you think it's a Nintendo product or something?

It's still vaporware 15 months after announcement.  So they haven't thrown the idea out completely but it's clearly off the back burner and is now in the freezer down in the basement.

You know where they'll keep the plans for it? In a .... vita-chamber *dodges tomatoes*

Now if Bioshock Vita is going to be some half assed afterthought then maybe they shouldnt bother making it....

Leaving it in the hands of the Business people means this game doesn't have a hope in hell. Bioshock PSvita is doomed.

Not sound like an asshole towards the Vita but maybe there making sure the Vita doesn't have a chance of "dying" before they start making it.

 I agree with you 100% games sell systems. Make some awesome games to show off this hardware in the palm of your hand! Come that?s what everyone is waiting for listen to the forums. I will incite one very strong example the Ps3 which was not selling that many units until developers got on board with this thing. I mean the Vita is amazing bringing Dx9 quality graphics in the palm of your hand!Anybody listening Valve, Sony, I'm talking to you. wasn't the Ati Radeon 9800 128 mb 3d same as the Vita?

 I mean they showed off this card with Half Life 2!! Come on developers get on board We want a Half Life 2 for the Vita To show this hardware off!!!This kind of quality games is going to sell your system . We will start taking your system serious when you do . ((As a current Vita owner I am unhappy with system for this reason Sony listen we are telling you why you system is not selling the way you want it to.. Listen to us more quality games.

All the vita needs is one 3rd party developer to make an AMAZING game that sells really well, and the floodgates will open and we'll get loads of 3rd parties developing awesome vita titles...

If this game isn't a shitty remake but instead a reimagining of the Console/PC version then it might be enough to push Developers to make actual good games for the vita. That is if the game gets made. Honestly the only reason the Vita's failing is because Devs are too lazy to make actualy decent games for it. The Hardware seems great on it but it's not being used to it's full potential.
