Bonus Profile Points!

We've added more ways for you to achieve your profile bonus points!

With the recent announcement about how you can achieve points towards your profile level we took your feedback into consideration about user reviews and page visits. Now, if you visit 10 pages on GameSpot, you'll achieve 50 experience points. If you write a review , you'll receive 90 experience points. If you have any questions about this process, feel free to post them on the updated Changes to the GameSpot User Leveling System announcement.

i hope that they take into consideration about giving more xp to people that listen to podcasts and watch a lot of vids compared to the the person that just glances at a gamespot page....so how about them glitches and bugs

I'm glad to see that writing game reviews will be rewarded, since those are a big part of the site that allows users to post their take on a game for possible buyers to read and decide if they want to buy it or not.

yay the more you do on gamespot the more points you should get. Do we get points for watching videos? I think that should be a sort of big one.

It would be nice to know how much XP you need to go up a %. Is it 100XP for 1%on your level?

Nice to see that you get experience for visiting the pages. The users that don't like to post as much can still level up now. Also glad to see that writing a review nets you 90 XP. I wasn't sure if 50 or 100 XP was too much or enough.I know this takes time to add these features. But could XP implemented for watching videos?
