Def Jam Vendetta ships
Electronic Arts announces that its Def Jam-themed fighting game for the PS2 and GameCube is now in North American stores.
Electronic Arts today announced that Def Jam Vendetta has been shipped to retailers across North America. The fighting game, which was developed by AKI, features a roster of more than 40 characters, 12 of whom are Def Jam artists.
DMX, Method Man, Redman, Ludacris, Capone, NORE, Scarface, Ghostface Killah, Joe Budden, Keith Murray, WC, and DJ Funkmaster Flex all appear in Def Jam Vendetta--many of them in their own 3D venues. The artists also figure prominently in the game's soundtrack, which includes a mixture of 18 previously released, new, and exclusive tracks.
