FIFA Street tackles March 13
EA Sports bringing informal soccer game to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in two months.
When EA Sports announced in August that it was bringing back the FIFA Street franchise, the publisher said the game would be out for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in early 2012. Now, gamers eager to nutmeg their mates on the blacktop have a specific release date to circle on their calendars.
FIFA Street will arrive for the Xbox 360 and PS3 on March 13. The game will let players compete in more than 35 locations, from one-on-one battles in parking lots and parks to five-a-side tournaments on the streets of capital cities, with and against both club players and real-life street players.
FIFA Street is the first entry in the arcade soccer series since 2008's FIFA Street 3, which was released on the Xbox 360, PS3, and Nintendo DS. That game took a stylized approach to its character models and featured 250 soccer stars drawn from 18 teams across the globe.

Demo is ok. But this should be a $15 type game at best on LIVE and PSN. For EA to charge $60 bucks for this is absurd. No thanks.
I'll be getting this game!
I have a good time playing the previous one on my PS2. :D
@servb0ts ever heard of Gaming? Entertainment.
A NEW FIFA STREET?!?! AWEEEESOME!!! Got sick of all these official FIFA's, when the smallest of tackels make them go like "Oooh nooo!! OOOH YELLOW CARD!! oH GIVE HIM A RED!! AAAH MY KNEEEE!!!". HELL NO! Let's bash some heads, Brotha!!!
Streetball belongs in the streets sweating, not behind the controller not sweating. :)
It all comes down to the tackling for me. If it's like previous street games where you can just hack away without any free kicks then this is going to be a flop like the others. It's pointless doing all that skill and getting the ball into a shooting position if some speedy defender will charge you down and punch you off the ball like the last 3
Show some goddamn gameplay footage for Christ's sake EA!
