Gamersgate to Digitally Release Select Atari, Inc. Games in North America

New York, USA (September 7, 2007) – GamersGate announced today that it has entered into an agreement with global publisher and developer Atari, Inc. The deal will allow Atari, Inc. to digitally connect with a worldwide audience through the rapidly growing digital distribution platform provided by GamersGate.

Atari plans to release some of its PC portfolio through GamersGate, giving gamers access to old back-catalogue favorites such as Masters of Orion 3, Act of War: High Treason and Desperados 2 in addition to new and popular games like The Witcher. .

The first titles in the Atari and GamersGate agreement are scheduled for release today.
