GameSpot has actively reloaded its Gears of War Capital Punishment Tournament for a second round. In GameSpot's Capital Punishment Tournament II, 32 three-player teams will go mano a mano in execution mode, which will ensure maximum curb-stoppage, as players must finish off downed opponents in close-quarters combat.
