GameTap Goes Tomb Raiding
Press Release
January 27, 2006 - With the latest Tomb Raider only a couple months away, GameTap, a first-of-its-kind broadband entertainment network from Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., continues to make her back catalogue available with this week's release of Eidos' Tomb Raider 3: Adventures of Lara Croft, previously for PC-WIN.
In Tomb Raider 3, Lara Croft, the first lady of the third-person action game, embarks on an action and puzzle-packed adventure that showcases some of the advances in 3D gaming technology for its time. Among this game's most praised attributes are its immersive environments, varied levels much larger than previous installments, and Lara's new "monkey swing" maneuver. It's also cited as one of the most challenging Tomb Raider games.
Other Tomb Raider titles currently available on GameTap include Tomb Raider Chronicles(tm), Tomb Raider(tm): The Angel of Darkness and Tomb Raider(tm): The Last Revelation Adventure.
In addition to Tomb Raider titles, GameTap delivers hundreds of the greatest games-on-demand plus original programming via a broadband-connected PC. Since new games and original programming are added to the service each week, visit GameTap today at www.gametap.com.
