I wish games were released in Europe closer to the US release dates (especially GOW)!

TheKey, i hope you know that Resistance got 9.1 and its only a launch game. you and your precious 360 had to wait a year to get a killer app. by the way there's no way in hell ps3 will ever get bum rushed just brand name penetration is enough to sell twice as many consoles as the competitor. b/c obviously playstation 2 was worse than x-box, but i never heard x-box selling 100 million consoles. the only thing microsoft has going for them is their precious 'live' w/o the online features xbox would have tanked.

Frankazami: The graphics aren't as good because the Wii isn't as powerful. Duh. Gears of War is an amazing game not only for the graphics, but for the amazing gameplay. As for Wii, Zelda is going to be my fav game of all time. I can feel it.

OMG OMG OMG I know its quite blatantly obvious but this looks so MUCH better than anything on the Wii. Like 100000000000000000000000 times better. I'm especially dead certain of the fact that no other Wii title in the future will look anywhere as close to being good as this game. Yeah, people are going to be like duh but sorry I just had to beat it over everyone's skull that X-box 360 is most definitely millions of LIGHT YEARS ahead of wii in the graphics department. Whether it be on HD, ED, or SD that is the honest to God truth.

Nothing like picking the soon to be 360 game of the year on my 25th b-day I am getting the gift that chainsaws and curbstomps its way to the top!!!

Awesome game. I didn't even pre-order and picked it up 4 hours ago. This game looks so good on my 50" HD. Good job on making a game this enjoyable. I can't wait until I get Live hooked up again on friday (moving).

OK, now that the game is out and the reviews are universally top-notch, can Epic get off their behinds and release the demo they have so far refused to put out? I've been watching PS3 gameplay movies in HD on my 32"lcd monitor,i also had the opportunity to play a genji and ride racer on a ps3 2 days ago and i had come to the conclusion that the PS3 graphics were only slightly better but it still kinda made me think i would have to get a PS3 eventually.Just played Gears of War for about 2 hours and there is no doubt that it completely blows anything on the Ps3 out of the water as far as pure next gen graphics go.Unbelievable.
