Ghost Recon: Future Soldier due March 2012, beta deploying January 2012

any sign-up locations for the BETA as of yet?

Is it just me or does this game look like Splinter Cell Conviction? The whole synchronize shot thing looks identical to what you do in SP Conviction.

I'd rather a game be pushed back and be perfect then release early to satisfy us fans!

1st Release Date: March 2011 2nd Release Date: October 2011 3rd Release Date: March 2012 Two of which we haven't even passed yet.

That's strange, my SCC box says "within 12 months." It'll be almost TWO FRIKKEN YEARS since I preordered splinter cell.

i hope this game ends up being as awesome as it looks! cuz right now it looks like mgs quality but could end up being duke nukem thrash if not done right!!

I saw the transparent camo and thought "Ghost Recon series just went down the drain" what's the point of wearing any other camo?

@01706_123: Good question. but that will happen on december 21 2012 so.. we still have 9 months left after the release.

Jan 2012 for the beta!? At least they are still doing it.

This preview does not look as great as the one they showed off at last years E3, but it still looks great and I thought they going t back to their FPS roots but the game seems to be a Third-person-shooter like the last 2 in the series, which is still great as well.

@-Fable- I could pre-oreder it but I think the EB Games near me might be out of beta code and plus I sent my info through SC: conviction on that Uplay and I think I'm supose to get the through an e-mail or get through thr Uplay thing and I think I need the game to play the beta for me. The game is not that expensive up here it's 10 to 20 dollars now up here in Toronto, Canada.

PS3 & PC is where I'll install the beta.

nice just a year and a half of delay from their original beta release date (which was like around the summer of 2010)

@kennythomas26 you can just preorder the game to get a beta code - you don't have to re-buy sc:conviction. :)

wait? 2 months before it comes out? why? I thought beta's were made available so we can test the game and they can fix the issues or improve the game play before the game is released? So basically they're not going to fix any issues (or very little) before we get a copy in our hands. nice... not!

This game does look impressive. I wasn't in to the others and I'm not big on military shooter type games, but I'm definitely interested in this one. Seems to be more of an emphasis on stealth than other shooters out there.

It's about time. I'm tired of running and gunning. We need more games that require you to be a thinker, not spray and pray until you hit somone like in COD.

gosh I am thinking that this would come in 2011 but finally I know that I couldn't put my hand on this before Q2 2012.

I see what you mean. Yeah it sucks, but at least its coming out on all those systems I stated below.

@Johnlyw, the article states it will be released for PC, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PSP and DS.
