Already pre ordered this game. I hope we'll get truly old school FPS. :)

Anyone with respect for the old days of FPS gaming should probably get this. That or just love for Eastern Europeans )

@shantd It's cheaper coz it doesnt have multiplayer and it will be digital only, hence the pricecut.

@fratos I have credit cards and a paypal account. Buying things digitally isn't an issue. I just don't use Steam. I don't like it.

@shantd By turnaround time they mean the time between when the game was announced and when it will be released. Normally games are announced a year or more in advance to allow for extending marketing hype.

Seems awfully linear, but maybe that's the point. The $30 worries me though...maybe it's an admission that the game will be short.

@made_u_look same I hoping the story has some little def to it, I'm a sci-fi nerd so a cyberpunk themed game taking place in a world dominated by robots would be pretty cool.

The article above says that the game's "shorter than usual turnaround time will be matched with a lower than usual price"....what does it mean by a 'short turnaround time'? Anybody know?

Looks fun hope the story is compelling, but I'm definitely supporting my PC exclusive here. I also like Tesla looking plasma gun, looks awesome with the orb.

10% off pre-purchases is pretty standard for Steam, in fact it's unusual for pre-purchases to not be discounted.

well thats one of the best pre-order incentives i have seen but that and the low price makes me wonder how good this will be, it looks fantastic, i just hope it is.

It looks fairly interesting. The story seems like it will involve time manipulation though, which could be good or bad. Those who don't use Steam should. NeonNinja, I'm looking at you. Steam is the digital distribution service that makes retail truly obsolete.

@ NeonNinja You could make a steam account and ask one of your friend that has paypal(if you don't have one)to gift it to you through steam given you pass him the cash. I also believe they'll release the retail version in the future if the game sells well on digital.

I'll be playing RO2 that day, but I'll keep an eye on this.

It doesn't do anything special to distinguish itself from other shooters although the dark, sci-fi setting looks pretty cool. The weapon enhancement system is also interesting. Anyway, it's worth trying.

Definitely interested. Hopefully the game is good. 30 dollars is a bargain for a new game.
