Hordes of the Underdark Revealed
BioWare reveals the name of the second upcoming Neverwinter Nights expansion pack.
Hanging in BioWare's booth at E3 is a poster for Hordes of the Underdark, the Neverwinter Nights expansion pack previously only known as "XP2." The illustration at the center of the poster depicts an subterranean scene that evokes the drow tales of R.A. Salvatore's widely read novels set in the Forgotten Realms underworld. A dark-skinned female figure is surrounded by a variety of formidable monsters, including a beholder. The expansion pack is being developed internally at BioWare, in contrast to Shadows of Undrentide, which is being produced by FloodGate and BioWare. BioWare will release more details on the expansion pack at a later date.
