I bought Move a few days ago, so I'm glad to hear this. I wonder if it will be over-the-top and trashy like HOTD:Overkill or cheesy and.... Well, cheesy like the old HOTD games.
Sega bringing $10 PlayStation Move-enabled light-gun arcade shooter to PS3 storefront next month; 30 percent off for PS Plus subscribers.
Previously, the game was scheduled to debut on the digital storefront sometime this spring. House of the Dead 4 for the PSN will boast high-definition graphics, trophies, and PlayStation Move compatibility. It will bear a $10 price tag.
An early demo for the game will be made available exclusively to PlayStation Plus subscribers beginning April 10. Additionally, PlayStation Plus members who choose to purchase House of the Dead 4 will score a 30 percent discount on the game, as well as an exclusive PlayStation 3 dynamic theme and avatars.
House of the Dead 4's arrival on PSN follows House of the Dead 3, which made its debut on Sony's virtual storefront February 14.
A good bit o' fun it is...Will go good with a little bit o' green goodness for St. Paddy's Day! Come here me wee one and let's do an Irish jig! Hi di diddly di!!
don't got move or a ps3 yet (sold it) but house of the dead is a great fun series no doubt n glad to see the series alive n with trophies
Brilliant stuff, a game that I can actually use Move with! @buying1999 Hahaha.. Good comment :P Makes a pleasant change!
Well here's a game that will actually make good use of the pink ball wavy around thingy. Ok, ok...I have to say that this game probably is a good fix for Sony's Move. I hope it does well and that Sega delivers a game with upgraded graphics and sound for the ps3. This should be a good one. Gosh that hurt. LOL
i heared Jak and Daxter gets a sequal. time to put my xbox 360 where it belongs (somewhere dark in a closet or something) and buy a ps3. Made the defficuly but wrong dessision to buy a x360 above a ps3.
If you are a playstation fanboy take the following 2 steps. 1. Claim this is great and a good move for Sony. 2. Go to the Xbox boards and trash the kinect for on rails shooters. Jokes aside though I've always found House of the Dead a fun series so it's nice to see it getting put on the console with Move support and at that price it is a really good deal.
My god another reason for me to get the Playstation Move man I need some cash quick so I can by the Move and finally get all thesd sweet games for it.
That's awesome! Hopefully they can make a PC version too but I'm not sure that's going to happen since the latest House of the Dead game was only on the Wii and PS3 :( Oh well if I ever get a Move I'm definitely going to get this game, hell I might end up getting the game and just use the controller. I've been dying to play this game ever since I heard of it back in 2006
Guys, I wouldn't complain about HOTDII, I would complain about the first one, it was released on the Saturn and the PC ages ago and in the case of the Saturn version it's super rare (The US version). HotDII however was released on the Dreamcast, PC, Wii and the Xbox (As an unlockable) and none of those releases are rare.
cool getting this one but kow where house of the dead 2 and 1 ? but anyways love 4th game but h8 5th game .but more zombies madness, Zombie year agian and could see call of duty zombie map pack for new game this year.
I have to agree with you in wanting to see HotD2 ported, but they should just port HotD4 now so it's finished. Then afterwards, hopefully Sega will port HotD2 as I found that game a lot funner than HotD3.

If you're already worn out on the gameplay of other rail-based light-gun games, you'll find little to draw you back in The House of the Dead III.
