I noticed they said Flash twice also. & Wonder Woman does look like a man. Thats terrible they need to fix her up ASAP.

NetherRealm's DC Comics fighter landing early next year for Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii U; new trailer released.
Could Superman take down Batman? Gamers can find out early next year, as developer NetherRealm has announced that its DC Comics fighter Injustice: Gods Among Us will launch for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U during April 2013. Previously, the game was expected sometime in 2013.
Injustice: Gods Among Us will feature a pantheon of DC staples, with the currently revealed roster already including Superman, Batman, Cyborg, Nightwing, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Flash, Harley Quinn, and Solomon Grundy.
Injustice: Gods Among Us puts players into a world where the distinction between good and evil is blurred, according to publisher Warner Bros. For more on the project, check out the game's new trailer from the 2012 Tokyo Game Show.

I wonder if the repeated Flash are actually two different heroes. "The Flash" as in the lightning fast guy with the red suit and "Flash" as in the other DC super hero Flash Gordon.
the characters look good except for the faces, they have until the release to bring it up to the rest of the body.
Why does WW look like a fucking man? Somebody please fix her face! The DCvsMK model looks mile better face wise. WTF man.

Cyborg? Nightwing? Solomon Grundy?? Who are these characters? I guess that's what happens when you don't read the comic books :( Still, the game looks alright. Not sure the art style fits though. A dark comic feel would have suited it better. Plus the backgrounds are very dull and uninteresting. It also plays a bit too much like MK9 so there is a risk that this game might draw comparisons rather than stand out as a unique beat 'em up. I also understand the DC universe has rich and varied content so hopefully NetherRealm will be able to flesh out the game with alter ego's, some sort of adventure mode, lots of unlockable trivia, etc. Fingers crossed and hopefully I'll end up with the Wii U version on my shelf.
1 Like i don't read them and even i know. all of those guys where in the cartoons and if you didnt watch that as a kid well then you can't expect to know any of the characters. its like saying "ive never been to england and i have never read about england. i know nothing about this random dude fromengland." lol

1 Like @kavadias1981 Ha, well I guess the reason why they include these characters are to expand your knowledge of the universe otherwise it would just be plain old batman superman and probs get bored soon.
3 Like @kavadias1981 Cyborg is in Justice League, Nightwing was the first Robin but grew up to become Nightwing, Solomon Grundy is an immortal zombie that feeds off of living things to gain his power. Yes I do read comics lol.
2 Like @Frosty192 @kavadias1981 While I'm glad they are branching out to more lesser known characters (love Grundy and Nightwing, not a fan of Cyborg) I hope they go even further in the DC annuls to include really obscure characters. Even if it just ends up being DLC, I'd love to see the likes of the Cassandra Cain Batgirl or Cheshire.
@screwfacecapone @Yomigaeru @Frosty192 @Gamer_4_Fun @rimmdogg @super_voltron My knowledge of DC characters is pretty limited since we don't have their catalogue of characters shoved down our throats, like Marvel does. I am glad they are utilizing more unknown characters so that the ignorant folks like me can learn to appreciate the lesser known heroes and villains. As I said in my first comment, I hope NetherRealm realises this and turns this game into a DC educational experience as well as a deep fighter.
Oh and yesterday, I watched the Red Hood Batman animated film. So I am all in the know about Nightwing now. Very cool character.
1 Like @Yomigaeru @Frosty192 @kavadias1981 All three of those were on various DC tv shows. Nightwing even showed up on a few episodes of that Batman cartoon, so it's not like they're that unknown.
April is faster than I expected, to be honest. Great news, and I think I heard Kevin Conroys's voice as Batman in that TGS trailer (even better news).
