Come on guys there IS a difference between gore and porn. Gore is just something to add on to games and shows. We dont care about it because its not real. But porn has proven to be more addictive then drugs and it has been proven to change peoples mentalitys (however you spell it) and thats why its considered worse than gore. Of course no one will agree because im posting this on the internet with the people who make porn so popular.

All right a sex game!!! XD I don't think that's gonna happen though, at least not on the xbox 360 since games have to go through some kind of content verification of some kind or whatever, on PC it is totally posible to see it, since programers can do just about anything, and users download just about everything the developers make. Bottom line, would be a good idea, a sex game, but having actual sex is a much better idea XD

Did they just claim Xbox to be "a family-friendly games and entertainment console?" Someone tell me how a game related solely to sex and pornography would be any worse or less family oriented in comparison to the massive number of titles already filled with adult language, sexual themes, and extreme forms of violence and gore. Hell, have they even checked the latest Mortal Kombat trailers? (Some of the stuff in that trailer looked so over-the-top that even I found myself slightly disturbed) In the end, I don't think I'll ever understand why the issue has been regarded as forbidden territory to Microsoft when they already cater to so many other forms of extreme adult entertainment. Then again, I don't think I'll ever understand the purpose behind the AO rating in the first place. Because according to the esrb, the average 17 year old in the US is finally deemed "mature". However they'll need another 365 days before they've become mature enough to handle the 18+ year old content. -_-

@ Muteki_X Actually, I'm an American, born and raised in the U.S.A. and I am well within my right to criticize my own country, which I love even though I'm not too crazy about some of the people in charge. I just think it's ridiculous how the human body is such a sensitive subject and women are required by law in most of America's states to cover their breasts in places where men can go bare-chested and not even get a second glance. Sure, it's not as bad as some other nations (parts of the Middle East, for example), but it is pretty silly.

I've never heard of ANY OTHER country to do such a thing. So it must be all America's fault, and by association any resident of that country must be to blame as well. Let's not isolate the problem to the rule-makers, those with strong PR positions, or just those who see sex as taboo; let's just be safe and blame the whole bunch. Because we all know that the majority is always listened to in America and always gets their way. Microsoft, with a straight face, cites the 360 as a 'family-friendly console' that forbids Adults-Only entertainment, yet the console features games containing gore, realistic violence, carjacking, and the random killing of civilians for your own amusement. It also has games like Bayonetta and Dead Or Alive which utilize sexuality as a selling point but are deemed okay because they stop just short of proper nudity. This is endemic of American culture, where nudity and sex - healthy adult activities that enrich our psyches and lives, and, you know, keep our species alive - are inexplicably taboo, but headshots are fine and get off with a warning sticker.

Okay. So, its sex. What is wrong with sex? Its that fact that the American audiances are so uptight about sex and pronography that we cannot see past the thin line between smut and entertainment. Pornography is a booming industry, and giving it the opprotunity to expand to video game consoles is a good idea. Both in terms of economic reasons and the fact that its 2010. Geez, its 2011!!! Sex isn't bad. Any person over the age 15 has by all means seen a naked person of the opposite sex, its just a fact of life. I am a 20 year old male, and I can admit that I like pornography and naked women. Sorry, is that shocking? Really? If it shocked you, I'm sorry, truly. Get over the whole sex inplications. Its a great idea, and a good use of a crappy peice of techonolgy that has your canoeing down a river, or popping ballons.
