Lego SW demo leads XBL content

Very fun, glad to see the great amount of content finally coming to marketplace like this.

Normally I say nothing about my sonic preference and enjoy or not with my money and do not read reviews. Here is something about the sonic demo though. The sonic demo failed to WOW me like sonic adventure on dreamcast. I see little "reinvention" or "extreme blur next gen speed" from sonic adventure and He seems to run extremely slow the total oppisite of what was said the level shown does not have enough room to stay running long when you get there. In fact it is one of the slowist sonic games I ever played and I have played ever single one 4+++++ times and they said they was using" Next gen power" for speed". The graphics did not look as impressive as in screen shots in 720 or 1080I on my CRT HDTV and it's the sony XBR they match other T.v's up to for picture quaitly. The level they picked was most lieky one of the worst spots of the game to show people for the first time there is no jumping out of choppers or getting chased by trucks like the e3 demos of sonic adventure 2 that I went out of my way to get in to see that year or even sonic adventure 1 E3 demo when they showed the dreamcast it was impressive . I hope this is just beacuse the game is not finished but when i saw sonic adventure 2 it was not finished either and was more glossy and fresh than this. If sonic runs It should look like burnout revenge on xbox 360 not that slow jog in the demo. You are not missing much by not playing this demo they show nothing from the game that will wow you ive gone through it about 26 times so far trying to get speed it' is not possible on any paths I have tried so far..

Never played the first one, bought the second straight away on 360, I cant play it on my own as my WIFE yes my WIFE, wants to play it as well !!! Ace game, lots of fun, lots of humour, deserves a better score than it got. Gamer tag WH00PS.

I didn't really care to play LSWII, but since I checked out the demo, I want to play it. I love downloading demos.

most folk interested in this game bought it already. its been top of the charts and sold out, so after the demo tempts, it may not be available to buy anywhere at all. its a very cool SW game though..

it is high on my list too, but often the demo is very close to how the final build of the game will look like. if u don't like somethomg about a game that u like u should say something to try make it better.

I do not know why people are complaining about the F.E.A.R. demo. After all this is the same demo from this years E3, which the game still had months of development time left. So its not like this demo is representative of the final product. Furthermore, even though it did lack some visual polish that final games have, it was still pretty good. I especially like the way the bullet time feature was implemented. This game is still high on my get list.

i kinda agree with u spy. i thought that fear demo was bad. i really was looking forward to playing that game. lets hope the final game is better.

That kid "spydryman5472" isn't the most brightest person. If you look at the image shots for F.E.A.R. on the PC you will see that they look the same for the Xbox 360. It isnt the graphic cards that make it look blockey, it is the game itself. But this is off topic from the main thing anyways so lets leave this kid alone. Aside from that comment about that kid, it is nice to see that Microsoft is actually doing stuff. They are adding a lot of new content to download and you know I will be downloading it. It gives you a good look at the game before you buy it which I like.

Sonic the Hedgehog demo is looking more and more likely.

Maybe this demo won't suck as many balls as the F.E.A.R. demo. I hate it when Microsoft claims they monitor the quality of all the LIVE content and let crap like that get released to such undeserving hype. The graphics blew (I've seen better textures and animation on Xbox 1), the controls were floaty, and the whole thing lasted like 5 minutes. A total waste.

The key to XBOX 360's success is it's online capabilities. Developpers should focus more on online contents in XBOX 360 games. But, that's just me.

I need to get myself a 360 to experience this kind of stuff. By the way hazuki, nice Ruroken avatar.

drack48- I've had the same problem with Need For Speed. It had sound issues (small pops), the demo was choppy, and then it would not take me back to the dashboard. Team Fortress seemed a bit choppy as well. It's probably not your system, just rushed content. Of course, i've had loads of problems with my 360, but it's been running fine for awhile now.

Anyone else have trouble with some of the videos from the bring it home thing skipping? My old stuff is fine,(halo trailer) so it isn't my hard drive. But the Need for Speed and team Fortress trailers have been kind of messed up. God, I hope my 360 isn't screwed up! Please somebody let me know!

Wow. First the tenchu senran demo was released which was awesome. Then the fear demo, which was really good. Then this? Good job microsoft marketplace.

Oooohhh. First the F.E.A.R. demo and now Star Wars. I'm stoked.

I heard rumors about demos being for the following games: Forza 2 COD3 Double Agent Viva Pinata NFS Carbon Mass Effect Crackdown Sonic Pro Evolution Soccer 6 And I also heard that there's gonna be a black 360, Killer Instincts for 360, Halo 3 gameplay(behind clodes doors), Gears of War playable on floor, 50-64 person Halo online, Halo in 1080p(natively), and some information on XNA games and few minor dashboard tweaks.

Where is the Darkness one located? I couldn't find it. I'm definitely going to download the Lego Star Wars demo, I've been wanting to try this game out.

I'm not even a big star wars fan, but I picked this up when it released and it is a great game. TONS of unlockable stuff makes replaying worth it. Co-op is a blast with friends too.
