Metal Gear Solid gets Risk board game

Gotta dig a board game mash-up of Risk and MG; they complement each other well. And I've always liked the art style of MGS...it should translate into a pleasing presentation for the gamers who follow the series. I'm curious to see how the game designers grafted the MSG material onto the framework of the Risk "game engine."

This is pretty darn cool. I am not sure if I want to go out and buy this or not, but I guess I have a few weeks to figure it out. I love risk and I am a fan of Metal Gear Solid.

I like game Risk. $50.00 is a nice price. But does anyone actually play board games these days? Nevertheless MGS Risk is "kinda" cool.

Risk is awesome. I would love to give this version a try.

I actually used to like the game Risk, but it's been a long time since I've played it. This may be pretty interesting, although I don't know if I'd want to shell out $50 for it. That's almost a game. Who am I kidding, nowadays games end up costing $100 when it's all said and done, with DLC and all.:)

@Gelugon_baat If Hideo Kojima had a hand in designing this version of Risk, I wouldn't doubt it given his ability to think outside the proverbial "box". (No pun intended)

Risk is a great way to improve your strategy and critical thinking skills. Plus it has MGS! Man, I hope I get this soon.

Somehow I still think this will be inferior to the original. I bought the Lord of the Rings Risk a few years ago, and while it added some neat features to the game, it prolonged an already lengthy game even further, and usually only served to alienate those who didn't have as much concentration.
