New media: Gothic II
Piranha releases new screenshots and video from its upcoming role-playing game.
Piranha Bytes has released a new video trailer for and screenshots from Gothic II, its upcoming role-playing game sequel. The new media shows off some of the different characters and environments that will be featured in the game.
Gothic II is the follow-up to Gothic, which was released in November 2001 by Xicat Interactive. The new game is set in the same medieval fantasy world as the original. Players will again assume the role of a character in a prison colony, but they will be freed after a huge earthquake destroys the magical barrier.
