Online auctions coming to World of Warcraft
Blizzard to set up online exchanges where players can trade goods in-game.
Ebay is coming to WOW--sort of. Blizzard announced today that it is readying a series of in-game auction houses for its upcoming massively multiplayer online role-playing game World of Warcraft. Located in each major city, the houses will let players buy items from members of the same faction. However, the auction house located at Booty Bay will allow exchanges between members of the opposite factions.
