Playable Hulk demo for movie DVD
VU Games announces that a playable Xbox demo of The Hulk will appear on the movie DVD scheduled for release next month.
Vivendi Universal Games has today announced that a playable Xbox demo of The Hulk will appear on the movie DVD scheduled for release on October 28. The package marks the first time that fans will be able to experience both the movie and the related video game from the same DVD medium.
"Vivendi Universal Games is pleased to partner with Microsoft to be part of this first-time integration of an Xbox demo on a DVD," said Luc Vanhal, president and COO of VU Games, North America. "With this advanced technology we will be able to continue to provide the ultimate action superhero experience to fans everywhere."
"Vivendi Universal excels in movie-to-game content integration, making the Hulk DVD release a natural medium for Microsoft to unveil this exciting new technology," said Ed Fries, vice president of game content at Microsoft. "The Hulk game demo is perfect for consumers of the DVD, allowing Xbox owners to interact with their favorite hero in an original adventure."
The playable demo will feature an entire level from the game, which has been available in North America since May. For more information on The Hulk, check out our previous coverage of the game.
