Red Alert 2 Continues to Conquer
The real-time strategy game from Westwood continues to post strong sales.
Electronic Arts' real-time strategy game Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 was the best-selling PC game for the second week in a row, according to the sales figures from PC Data for the week ending November 4. Roller Coaster Tycoon from Hasbro Interactive came in second, continuing a remarkable selling streak that started soon after the game was released in March. The popular theme park simulation has ranked in the top ten best-selling games almost every week since its release. Both The Sims and The Sims: Livin' Large remained in third and fourth place, respectively, and Roller Coaster Tycoon: Loopy Landscapes took fifth place.
