Shippin' Out June 11-15: Fantastic 4, Tenchu Z, Naruto 2, Big Brain

Take-Two takes on Fantastic 4; Tenchu Z and Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2 leap from the shadows; Nintendo heads back to school.
Even if it is short on big-name titles, this week's release list brings scads of new games to the market.
With Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer hitting theaters this week, it's Take-Two's turn to give Hollywood its due. As opposed to other recent feature-film tie-ins, Fantastic 4 will be surfing to a modest five platforms: the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, Wii, and Nintendo DS.
As the ouster of pirates from the release chart is now complete, ninjas have been given free rein to move in. Though it's been out in Japan since June 2006, Tenchu Z from developer K2 will be sneaking onto Microsoft's next-gen console this week. In other ninja news, Namco Bandai's Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2 explores the ninja way on the PlayStation 2, and Zendoku from developer Zoonami brings the ninja ethos to the art of Sudoku on the DS. Running with the martial arts-mayhem theme, the Dragon Ball Z crew is given the collectible-card-game treatment by Atari in Dragon Ball Z: Harukanaru Densetsu, also for the DS.
Speaking of themes, Nintendo's recent retail success seems to have the company thinking gold. On the Virtual Console this week, Sonic shows up with his golden rings in Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Dark Guld threatens the world once again in Golden Axe II, and Hudson's Lode Runner arrives with, well, piles of gold. Golden sand was the best Microsoft could come up with, as Gameloft will bring out a revamped version of Jordan Mechner's Prince of Persia original as part of the Xbox Live Wednesday's weekly update.
Lastly, Nintendo will be bringing its brand of brain-training to the Wii this week, with the release of Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree.

Tenchu Z awsome, but I'll wait until the price drops to get it. Chicken shoot?! WTF?! That game sucks.

Tenchu Z is the first game that makes me feel really happy that I picked up an X360 a while back... Well it was the price of $60 with warranty document, that really makes me smile but still. Now to wait that this game gets into Europe and into the used games category where I can pick it up for EUR 30. *sings*
I have to see how Scarface is going to play on the WII, and I am looking forward to the Carsh Bandicoot Action Pack too, at least until Manhunt 2 comes out with GRAW2 for PS3, Peace

looking forward to scarface the world's yours for the Wii. Love The godfather for the Wii and i hope Scarface can be just as great as the Godfather.
Guys, try Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2. Pretty nice fighting game. I played the import and it was fairly well-built. Only problem is that it's somewhat complicated, so the learning curve might be a tough one. If you like a really fast paced fighting game with various features and mechanics, give this game a try. Besides, it's Naruto we're talking here! Well, can't wait for Shippuden to get the port. Hope it won't be as long. =)
I'm really kind of interested in Monster Madness. I'm holding out for the reviews though. It's quirky. I like quirky.
Ugh...another week of lots of trash. Sorry I want these games to be good...I really do, but do any of you honestly believe they will be? I will probably rent Tenchu I liked a couple of the past versions on Ps2/Xbox.
I haven't played Scarface yet and it looks very interesting on the Wii, so I save mony to get Scarface.
Prince of Persia classic for me! As well on the side I'm going to revive my dead Dreamcast. Joy for me!
Go ! Puzzle **** yeah we about to get our puzzle on the Psn. Fantastic Four ur 1st movie and game were terrible ur second movie will be even worse ( PG movie wtf) i dont care about the game it will be awful too. Jessica Alba u got no talent.

PoP Classic seems cool, IGN gave it something like an 8.6. Other than that, nothing much.
