The Hulk ships
VU Games releases its action game based on the green superhero's upcoming movie debut.
Vivendi Universal Games has announced that all versions of The Hulk are now shipping to retail stores in North America. The game follows Bruce Banner and his enraged alter ego in an action adventure where everything players see can be destroyed and destroyed objects can become weapons. The Hulk will have more than 45 powerful attacks to use as he battles the lead characters from the movie, familiar Marvel villains, and new enemies.
"We have worked closely with our theatrical partners during all stages of the game's development to achieve a look and feel that is authentic to the Marvel source material and the upcoming feature film," said Luc Vanhal, president of VU Games in North America. "The Hulk is one of the most iconic superheroes in the world, and we are thrilled to deliver both this powerful product and innovative code program to gamers and fans worldwide."
The Xbox, PS2, and GameCube versions of The Hulk will have a suggested retail price of $49.99. The PC version will retail for $29.99.
