Transformers: Fall of Cybertron release date moved up
High Moon Studios' new third-person action game bumped up to August 21 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
Transformers: Fall of Cybertron will make an appearance earlier than expected. A new trailer (embedded below) for High Moon Studios' third-person shooter reveals the game will be out on August 21 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Previously, the game was scheduled to arrive August 28.
A follow-up to 2010's War for Cybertron, Fall of Cybertron takes players through the final hours of the war between the Autobots and the Decepticons as they battle for dominion over their fading planet.
Fall of Cybertron will not include its predecessor's cooperative component, but High Moon is beefing up the game's multiplayer mode. In this mode, players will be able to customize their characters' parts and color schemes, allowing them to create unique Autobots and Decepticons.
